KENT, Ohio -- Senior Erin Waples punched home two goals to lead Kent Roosevelt to a 4-0 girls soccer win over visiting Field on Tuesday.

The Rough Riders (11-2-1) clinched their second PTC Metro title in three years.

In another PTC match:

ROOTSTOWN 1, WOODRIDGE 0. At Rootstown, the host Rovers (9-5-2, 6-0-2) clinched an outright PTC County Division title with the victory on Tuesday night at Robert C. Dunn Field.

Senior K.T. Peterson tallied the game-winning goal with 16 minutes left on a corner-kick assist from senior Grace Durbak.

Rovers' sophomore keeper Madison Hartung stopped eight Woodridge (2-8-4, 1-5-2) shots.
