Nordonia freshman Taylor McDonald competed at the Austintown Fitch Division I Regional in the 300-meter hurdles. She was the lone member of the Knights to advance out of the Ravenna District in multiple events.

Wadsworth's girls track team had too much depth for Tallmadge to overcome on Tuesday at Rossaisky Stadium.

Green made it a clean sweep of the boys and girls Suburban League track & field titles on Saturday at Green Memorial Stadium. The last conference track championship for either team came in 1978.

Two of the top girls track teams in the area are St. Vincent-St. Mary and Highland. Last Saturday, the Irish won the Poland Invitational, while the Hornets placed third at Triway's Invitational. Here they are going head-to-head at the Tallmadge Bill Barry.
