Buckeye's boys track team claimed its sixth consecutive league championship by winning the Patriot Athletic Conference Meet at Rocky River Lutheran West. The Bucks scored 198 team points to easily outdistance Black River's 116.

Buckeye pitcher Danielle Sims had gone 22 innings without giving up an earned run until the Bucks played Keystone in Friday’s LaGrange Division II District final, which Keystone won 6-0.

Buckeye middle hitter Marah Farage is the OHSVCA District Player of the Year in Division II. The senior has led the Bucks to their first-ever regional appearance.
